Octal Steel recently completed an API 5CT seamless casing shipment for a project in Luanda, Angola, covering multiple casing sizes and grades for field use. The order included K55, L80, and P110 seamless casing in R3 length, prepared under a traceable export workflow and released with supporting shipment and inspection documents for smoother receiving review at destination.

Before vessel loading, the casing was staged in bundles for quantity check, packing-list review, and export release. Thread protection and end protection were applied before shipment, and the documentation package was prepared to support destination receiving inspection and project handover. The new-site report also shows port staging, bundle verification, and end-cap / thread-protection details from this shipment.
For projects requiring API 5CT casing in mixed grades and large-size export lots, shipment control is not limited to product supply alone. Grade separation, bundle identification, thread protection, and release documents all affect port handling efficiency and receiving accuracy at site. This shipment to Angola reflects that same control logic in practice.
